The rules for playing TactiDeck.

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using TactiDeck, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or older where your local law sets a higher age for agreeing to online services on your own. If you are below the age of majority where you live, use TactiDeck only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.

TactiDeck is a free-to-play football management game. Player cards, clubs, and match events are generated by the game and are fictional. TactiDeck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any real football club, league, competition, or player.

Cards, rewards, and other in-game items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game. They are not property, carry no monetary value, cannot be sold or traded, and may change or end when your account or the service ends. TactiDeck uses no blockchain, NFT, or real-money trading mechanics.

To keep the league fair and the service healthy, do not do any of the following.

You are responsible for the team name you choose, and we may change or reset a team name that breaks these terms.

Creating a share link for a match report publishes that report to anyone holding the link, including the link previews generated by messaging platforms. Revoke the link when you no longer want it to work.

TactiDeck is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, adjust game balance, rework leagues and rewards, and reset competitive data when the game requires it.

League matches resolve automatically on a weekly schedule. Maintenance, incidents, and third-party outages can interrupt the service, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

The service is currently free to play. If we introduce paid features, we will publish the terms that apply to them before they take effect.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other players, or puts the service at risk. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we explain why first.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion removes your account and the personal data linked to it as described in the privacy policy, and it cannot be undone.

The TactiDeck name, logo, interface, generated player cards, artwork, text, and code belong to TactiDeck or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service and transfer nothing else to you.

The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. Match outcomes are produced by the game engine and are not a prediction of any real-world event.

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

To the extent the law allows, TactiDeck is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost gameplay progress, cards, or league position. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you use TactiDeck as a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.

We update these terms when the service or the applicable rules change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Significant changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use TactiDeck afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
